This engagement allows Chain Reaction to use its full resources to be a partner in your hiring process and we back this up with our exclusive one year replacement program. Our retained executive search relationships are typically more shoulder-to-shoulder advisory work, where time and resources are invested to deeply understand a client’s business. Also discussed are the inner workings of companies, what their strategic objectives are, the thought processes of upper management, how the companies are structured, where the person or people will fit inside the organization, and what the prevailing culture is. We offer a one-year replacement program with all retained searches.

CONTINGENT – Engage us in a no upfront fee search. Although this is a less intimate search, Chain Reaction will work on your opening and collect fees from you only when a qualified candidate is found and placed by us for the position in question. We offer a 30 day replacement program with all contingent searches.
